Pre-cleaning

Cleaner series is specially designed to separate oversized and undersized foreign bodies from food grains. Sealed housings minimise dust leakage and keep the milling floor clean.

CCD cleaner cum destoner

CCD – Cleaner Cum Destoner (2.5 – 8 TPH)

Combined cleaner and destoner that removes straw, sand and stones in one compact machine, ideal for pre-cleaning paddy and other grains.

VPC vibro paddy cleaner

VPC – Vibro Paddy Cleaner (3 – 16 TPH)

High-capacity vibro cleaner with multiple decks and aspiration to remove dust, light impurities and oversize material from incoming paddy.

PCS single deck paddy cleaner

PCS – Paddy Cleaner Single Deck (6 – 15 TPH)

Compact single-deck cleaner used ahead of shellers to screen out coarse impurities in small and medium-size rice mills.

De-stoning

De-stoners remove stones, glass and other heavy contaminants that are similar in size to paddy, protecting downstream machines and improving food safety.

Vibro deck with controlled air flow lifts lighter grains while heavy stones migrate uphill and are discharged separately.

Shelling

Rubber shellers de-husk paddy using two counter-rotating rolls. Correct pressure and speed control maximise brown rice yield and minimise broken grains.

Husking

Husk aspirators separate loose husk from the shelled mixture using controlled air flow. Clean separation improves downstream grading and reduces dust.

Separating

Paddy separators split the mixture of paddy and brown rice after husking, sending paddy back to the sheller and brown rice forward to whitening.

Polishing

USP series gently polishes the rice surface. A fine mist of air and water is introduced to give a smooth, glossy finish with minimal broken grains.
